It’s just the second week of December and we’re already sick of hearing bad new Christmas music (what happened to the classics?!) as we run from shop to shop for clients. Enter French Vogue’s supremely cool editor-in-chief Emmanuelle Alt who has created a killer mix of tunes–everything from Robert Palmer to Elvis– to save the day. For all of December, she will unveil a new tune to bring Festivus to the rest of us. Enjoy!

This is stop you in your tracks kind of art. After a life-changing trip to India in 2008, artist Karen Knorr created India Song, a photo series that reinterperates the boundaries between India’s cultural rich heritage, class divisions and storied fictional characters. Her work combines two of our most favorite things–India’s jaw dropping architecture and gorgeous animals.

It seems like no matter where you are in the world, the internet brings the power to purchase pretty much anything you desire without leaving the comfort of your sofa. We recently ran into a friend wearing the most gorgeous piece of jewelry, which she told us she’d purchased on Etsy. So, to our computers we went. And let’s just say, we’re finding it more addictive than Ebay. We love that you can find and buy things without the hassle of bidding.
